Return Material Authorization, return and repair:

Once if you have fiber optical components need return and repair, please contact sales,  tell us the device's serial number so we can issue an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). If the unit's warranty has expired, a quotation for the repair cost will be provided.

Customized Products:

We provide customized products and service upon request. Each customer has different requirement, customized wavelength, different fiber options and package requirement.
